Assoc. Prof. Daniela Špirková, M.Sc., PhD. graduated from Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, where she further works for a few years. She completed her PhD. studies at the University of Economics in Bratislava. She has many years of practical experience in banking sector from the management of corporate finance and risk management. Further practical experience in the position of project manager she acquired in Austrian concern with European activity. On Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava she is dedicated mainly to there al estate market, especially financial investment, economic instruments, management of development projects and elimination of risks in financing as well as education of PhD. students with whom she solves the problem of megaprojects.
